Detailed description
• Which part of the rules was not respected by the BGA adaptation
Lava Flows is not playable due to unresolvable effects, but according to the expansion rules, they should be playable on any tile that is non-ocean.• Is the rules violation visible on game replay? If yes, at which move number?

That’s only true for Hellas. Elysium features volcanic areas so once all four are gone you can’t play Lava Tube or Lava Flows.
