The previous digital adaptions (Steam, iOS, Android) asked whether the active race should be put into Decline at the very start of turn. If yes, the ghouls would immediately disappear (unless Spirit) and going into Decline script would run on the active race. -

Report history
I chose the fearless ghouls, conquered, but was not asked at the end of my turn (round 3) if l wanted to let them decline. Instead, l was asked in the beginning of my turn 4 and when l said yes, l could not play anymore, so l lost the advantage of fearless and the conquering, this makes absolutely no sense and is very disadvantaged for the tournament :(
Round 5: the ghouls are in decline, l could conquer but still not choose a new race!
