Detailed description

• Which part of the rules was not respected by the BGA adaptation
The Hyena card is only counts Black powers in Tableau and on Island card. It does not include Black Power on Climate Card. My Island card (Nishinoshima Island) had one black power and my Climate card (Cold Arid Desert Climate) also had one. As soon as I played my first card (Indian Oyster) which had a black power, I gained the Spotted Hyena bonus. That should not happen until I play my next black power card.
• Is the rules violation visible on game replay? If yes, at which move number?
I think so. Should be FromReplay=30.

I'm almost certain that it should also count Climate cards and that the description of "Hyena" sould be updated for the expansion... But to be sure, I've asked the question on BGG, the author and/or the publisher will answer soon:

The question on BGG was answered by the author and Spotted Hyena should indeed count the climate cards. So this is not a bug. But I will change the description of the card to include the text "including Island and Climate".
