#140384: "undoing an action doesn't return the game to correct state"

I wanted to undo my hut placing to try placing two huts in cheaper locations, but canceling move didn't let me place hut anymore. After reopening the table i had fewer coins than i had before missplacing a hut, but i was able to place a new hut (not two as I planned because of loss of coins)
