Report history
When I reload this game's state, I'm able to play either the 3 or the 4 on The Key.
Is it possible that you had clicked on a different card first, and then used the "restart" button? We know that that feature does not work correctly, leaving other cards greyed out (boardgamearena.com/bug?id=129347).
Alternatively, did you try refreshing the page? If so, did that change anything?
