#133158: "Tokens do not appear in the correct location after tile is flipped"

When a tile is revealed and tokens are placed, the page will not place the tokens in the correct locations. I attempted to refresh the page, which only appears to make more tokens be misplaced. Once misplaced, a token does not move from the incorrect location unless an action is taken that affects the token. The action may either move the token back to the correct location (until the page is refreshed) or the action will move the token as if it were in the correct location, but on the wrong area of the screen (tethered to the wrong graphic). For example, moving a character 3 spaces downward could make the character token move down the equivalent of three spaces, but outside the board.
