I can't use my factory card. and I can't complete a finished objective

Use the factory card I just received

The factory card was blocked out and not visible. And I never had to option to complete an objective

What is your objective ? I cant help if you dont give this hidden information.
It seems like you dont have a factory card, which is weird since you have your character on factory.
