I completed two plans at the same time. So I thought I could do both.

It only let me do one, and it was the one worth less. Then on the next turn it did not let me complete the next plan. Which made the game full langth, I would have ended it if I had been able to do the plan.

Then on my next turn I tried picking the second plan card multiple ways and it never let me.
