Detailed description
• Which was the game action you wanted to do?
I am trying to place a locomotive tile.• What do you try to do to trigger this game action?
Not sure... for some reason one of the construction tiles is on my board below the engine tiles. I am able to place my final locomotive tile, but then it is telling me I must remove a construction tile. It is showing up with a dashed line around it, but I can't move it or place it. The interface won't let me continue until I remove a construction tile that is unremovable. I am essentially unable to place my last locomotive tile.• What happened when you try to do this (error message, game status bar message, ...)?
I am unable to continue my turn - can't remove the tile that doesn't exist and can't continue until I do. I have reviewed the rules and cannot figure out why there is this construction tile still on my board.• What is your browser?

At some point in earlier round, I was able to remove more than one of the construction tile somehow and now I got to a bonus point where I need to remove construction tile and can't progress because there's no more construction tile on my board.
