• Which part of the rules was not respected by the BGA adaptation
In some cases it makes better sense not to move a sheep. But there is no "pass" option. Maybe it's a bug in the game?
Or the phrase "you MAY move a sheep" is wrong, and should instead be "you MUST move a sheep". -
• Is the rules violation visible on game replay? If yes, at which move number?
My last move (not sure if it's visible on game replay).

In my current game, I have only one sheep left, it's in a corner start space, and the corner tile next to it is my opponent's barn. The only place I can move to is into my opponent's barn - UNLESS I have the OPTION TO PASS (I may move, or may choose to pass).
