The interface blocked me to do some game action authorized by the rules
Detailed description
• Which was the game action you wanted to do?
I want to do a development action but none of them works right now.• What do you try to do to trigger this game action?
Click the action button Development Action.• What happened when you try to do this (error message, game status bar message, ...)?
The text "You must perform a development action" appears and the button "Cancel" too but I can't click on any of the options.
It is turn 4.
