Display bug: some game information displayed was wrong (with no important consequence on the game)

Browser Edge. Windows 10. Seems to occur most often when Windows browser scrolls when you are trying to move the object. Sometimes the object moves well out of the visible frame. Other times I can see it but the controls are missing and it does not move properly or gets stuck.• What is your browser?

Then THIS happened. I tried to refresh the window and all my previously placed tiles showed up off to the left of the map. As you can see in the second image. I cannot place the tile in that open spot because a tile is actually already there.

Refreshing again brings everything back to normal.
