Report history
This is NOT the case, however, for two players - players just alternate playing one card, with no preparation (putting card facedown) phase.
Perhaps that's the source of this report, as I see it was a two player game. If so, it's just fine, not a bug - @rudge_edge, could You confirm whether that's the case?
