#121809: "Don't skip confirmation"

For the "Skip confirmation" suggestion (77137), you added a timer under the "Countdown confirmation" option, but if the timer is disabled, it doesn't confirm at all. It just immediately goes to the next turn after you place a tile. I would like a confirmation without a timer. I would like a three options: 1) Confirm 2) Timer 3) No confirmation.
