At some point I was unable to access the game interface
Detailed description
• What was displayed on the screen when you were blocked (Blank screen? Part of the game interface? Error message?)
A player was able to spam multiple draw offers without playing their move.

I got in the same situation with game #187411667
The correct solution would be that the player after rejected draw must do a movement before next attempt of Offer Draw. Or lose the turn.
It wouldn't be difficult to apply and it is affecting tournaments.

Opponent has locgged over 5000 games and is claiming in chat that he wants to end the game because I have a far superior position but keeps offering draws instead of making his move or forfeiting the game. I can but assume that a lot of experience players will fall for this kind of behaviour. It is plain rude and wasting my time to be able to offer several drawers in a row with me declining everyone so far.

This is easily abusable and easily fixable. If you limit players to only being able to offer a draw once per turn, the ability to abuse this becomes seriously limited. If a draw is rejected, the player who offered should not be able to offer a draw again until after they have taken a turn.

its already limited to once per turn (i.e. player should not be able to offer another draw unless he makes a move). also it increases the timer of the opponent every time you offer draw
