#117605: "Highlight card being selected by opponent"

When my opponent selects a card it is whisked off the board so fast I cannot tell what card was chosen. If the card were to glow for one second before it was whisked away it would be much easier to keep track of what my opponent is doing. Alternately show the chosen card in the game log. Forrest Shuffel does this.
