I have found 2 issues with Raiders attack values:
Even if there is a ship with Detector 2, Raider 2 should attack at 5, and not 4.
They should not benefit from the +1 Attack for first round during bombardment. -

The bombardment issue happened during movement round 40, and the attack of Raider 2 issue during movement round 41.

That said, the bombardment issue remains and happened in the move after this one.
Raiders 2 should remain 5/0 even with a DD with scanner 2 (as it becomes their base stat).
Your bug has probably been fixed already, or was linked to a temporary failure of BGA service.
In any case, when filling a bug report, make sure to have an explicit title linked to the incident (ex: with error message), so other players can recognize it and vote for it.
