Detailed description
• Which part of the rules was not respected by the BGA adaptation
The game is supposed to have cards numbered 1 --> 5. This is important because you can score runs of 1 through 5. We've been playing for 5 or 6 rounds now, and haven't seen a single "1" card. Something seems wrong...• Is the rules violation visible on game replay? If yes, at which move number?
Most turns/moves. When cards are revealed at the end of each of the first five turns, we haven't seen a single card numbered "1".• What is your browser?

There are no bug, that's just how random shuffling works. Continue playing, they will be there...
