Suggestion: in my opinion, the following would greatly improve the game implementation
Detailed description

• Please explain your suggestion precisely and concisely so that it's as easy as possible to understand what you mean.
The window that holds the player hand constantly moves (floats) when I mouse into down to look at or click on a card. Things that move when you are trying to read them or click on them are terrible. (It gives me a headache.)
• What is your browser?
Google Chrome v120

Great Western Trails has (wonderful) options that allow you to chose between floating and docked windows. Barrage lets you scale almost every part of the display, so you can arrange things to fit onto the screen with minimal scrolling.

But had I tried it early on and then forgot about it, because it blocked huge section of the screen. I the option to make the cards much small, but there's still a huge block of white space covering the lower portion of the screen.
I can't edit the title, so if you want to simple close this with "notabug", I'm fine with it.
But I really do like the way the similar game Great Western Trails handles hand management - the ability to adjust the size of the cards (and the board), as well as options for where it docks. GWT also has a summary of the key information on the cards, which often makes looking at them less important. But maybe the Maracaibo cards are too complicated to do that easily (because there are two independent sets of symbols).
