At some point I was unable to do ANY game action (game blocked and abandonned)

• At which step of the game did the problem occurs (what was the current game instruction)?
my Arena game was frozen, game didn't respond on my turn• What happened when you try to do a game action (error message, game status bar message, ...)?
error 502 or 503
game didn't respond
refresh didn't help• What is your browser?

I don't see anything in the replay that indicates this was due to a bug within this implementation. This was a connectivity issue, either with your internet or with the server on which the game was hosted. Admins usually cancel penalties due to major sitewide issues, but unfortunately they can't cover all cases. I have no control or input over that process.
