1. View replay as TheInquisitor. Move to 94.
2. Advance to 95. TheInquisitor performs Travel action by playing the 1 Travel Card.
3. Now click on Pel. The "Recruit" button comes up even though you should not be able to perform the Recruit action in the middle of a Travel action. • What is your browser?
