Rules: a rule of the game has not been respected
Detailed description
• Which part of the rules was not respected by the BGA adaptation
In our game, the red words were BARRACK, THEATRE, SCARECROW, and ARROW
In the tiebreaker, the other team offered Barracks, Theater, Scarecrow, and Arrow.
Because of the spelling differences, they only got credit for two words, but really should have gotten credit for all four.
Specifically: BARRACKS should be an acceptable alternate of BARRACK
And THEATER should be an acceptable alternate of THEATRE• Is the rules violation visible on game replay? If yes, at which move number?

This should be reclassified as a suggestion. To achieve this, your need to have a human (any one person from the opposing team, whoever clicks first?) vote yes/no if the similar guess is a match to the keyword (like Just One). In cases where it's an exact match of course skip this voting step.

Alternatively, I don't know if this is technologically possible, but perhaps there could be a series of text transformations that get performed on both the guess and the answer before validating it. Something like:
1. remove s from the end of the word
2. replace re with er
3. replace ou with o (eg favour vs favor, armour vs armor)
If you sent me the word list I could try to identify other common spelling variations. Alternatively, I'm happy to write a list of every possible spelling variation that I can think of
(I'm Shadowkirby13 on the bga-developers Discord server, by the way)

This is very hard to solve on a general level.
I can send you the word list in English, but there are dozens of different languages implementer and it would be impossible to catch all the possible exceptions.
I believe that the solution by quietmint should be implemented.
