Je suis désolé que vous ayez eu ce souci.
Malheureusement, c'est le genre de problème qui est difficile à analyser: il est possible que votre connection internet aie coupé pendant un temps, qu'il y a eu un souci sur le site de BGA, ...
Je ne peux pas faire grand-chose sur le sujet (je ne fais "que" développer l'adaptation BGA, je ne gère pas leurs serveurs).

My game was lost and lost many karma points because the initial page didn't update properly, actual game had started but it didn't start for me. I lost many games and karma like this and I find it unfair

As the developer of the game, I have absolutely no control on how the initial pages load, network issues or karma.
I am sorry that you had this issue, but I can't do anything about it.
Please note that this kind of issue can come from BGA, but it can also be due to network problems, your browser being stuck or many other problems.
