#104748: "Confirmation of urbanization city color"

When selecting the color of a city after an urbanize (or new industry) action, the city is placed (and new cubes drawn) immediately after clicking. If the wrong color is clicked, this can be a game-throwing misplay, and it is particularly easy to select a different color than intended on mobile. I've had a couple of games abandoned due to this misplay. I think the risk of users selecting an unintended color would be reduced if there was a confirmation button that needed to be selected after selecting the new city color.
