Terrific. We'd like to narrow down exactly what occurred so we can fix that. In order to do so, we just need a couple things from you:
1) The move number on which this occurred
2) The exact series of what you clicked on for each card and track in order to make it occur

Unfortunately, we haven't received a response with the required information, so I'm going to close the request. If the information is provided later on, we can always reopen this and investigate.
