Move armies from a province to another• What do you try to do to trigger this game action?
playing the little recruit card• What happened when you try to do this (error message, game status bar message, ...)?
the message is : Move 0 army to other land• What is your browser?

I also had a problem for attacking an ennemy ! Couldn't use more than 1 army (I had 6 in my province)...
Is it normal ?

This seems to be the same as boardgamearena.com/bug?id=103870, where the server accepts moving 0 armies.
I can not reproduce the issue with slider not allowing using more than 1 army. If that happens again, can you attach a screenshot?

There seems to be an issue with the border between Ise and Mino. I tried attacking Mino from Ise, it allowed me to attack a number of other provinces around Ise, but not Mino.
