At some point I was unable to do ANY game action (game blocked and abandonned)
Detailed description
• At which step of the game did the problem occurs (what was the current game instruction)?
Game disconnected while selecting card.
Continue waiting for a response
Refresh does not connect to the game
Browser re-run not connect
Can't connect on mobile
Can only reconnect after being kicked out of the game and receiving a penalty
I got the same bug 2 times only in 'Forrest Shuffle'.

Don't ignore my protest like before
Get delete of my penalty on my account.
If you're not going to delete the penalty, refund my premium membership and delete the account.• What happened when you try to do a game action (error message, game status bar message, ...)?

While playing i could not play the card that i wanted
Since i am not very digitally skilled, i don't know how to post the screenshot.
It was in this game, near the end. I got in the red time when it happend.
F5 did not help, tried twice and also refresh did not change things.
In the end i played another card and it worked.

I was blocked from taking any actions and when I tried to refresh I couldn’t connect to my table. My opponent reported me as abandoning without giving me an opportunity to connect back to the table.

Table ##671738212 à 60% du jeu j’ai commencé à avoir des lenteurs, j’ai prévenu l’adversaire pour m’excuser et en voulant rafraîchir la page ne chargeait plus, j’ai même eu un message disant que le site était inaccessible. Quand j’ai pu revenir j’ai eu la notification que j’allais être éjectée mais impossible de rejoindre la table. Quand j’ai pu la rejoindre il était trop tard j’avais déjà la pénalité...

The game didin't let me make any moves, and then when I pressed F5, the BGA disconnect. My connection was normal and I tested anyway. When I could retry to enter the site I was punished for it. I dont know if I upload the image right and I have video of the second game, but I dont know how to put it here.
