• Which part of the rules was not respected by the BGA adaptation
Une fois récupéré (que ce soit après pris un seigneur, un lieu ou une pile d'allier), le jeton sentinelle ne peut être replacé par son propriétaire qu'au début de son prochain tour ! Pas immédiatement comme le permet actuellement le jeu.
Source : les règles du jeu "Lorsque vous prenez possession de l’élément réservé (Seigneur, pile du Conseil
ou Lieu), placez votre pion Sentinelle devant vous. Lors de votre prochain tour,
vous pourrez à nouveau l’affecter à une nouvelle réservation."• Is the rules violation visible on game replay? If yes, at which move number?

I'm not sure what written here in French, but I guess it's it about the issue when you can change sentinel token position after getting lord attempt. You even don't need to get the lord and can place token immediatelly.
Here is the rule for this: "When you take possession of the reserved element (Lord, Council stack, or Location), place your Sentinel token in front of you. On your next turn, you will be able to use it to place a new reservation."

I confirm, the continuation of this mis implementation becomes annoying. You re not supposed to be able to move the Sentinel token during your turn.

Updated to only remove the sentinel when the lord is purchased
