The screen reloaded, the dice reset, but I lost all the x's/markings that had been crossed off previously

Report history
The 2nd player had reset their turn and lost previous x's and a least 1 skimmer.
It hung up at the end of the game and both of us had to F5 to be able to truly end and be able to leave the game.
